Our Gabby Boot has been produced using an innovative tanning method eliminating the use of chrome heavy metal salts. We are using a new process called ‘wet white’ tanning, where no toxic dyes or heavy metals are used. The process also reduces water and chemical consumption, through the production of the leather supply chain, and helps to protect the health and wellbeing of the tannery workers.
